Robert Huff, 19 year old racing fenom from England, is shown standing in front of the Oil Extreme banner after winning the Oil Extreme World Scholarship three day test session in November 1999.  The Oil Extreme World Scholarship is a program developed by the Jim Russell Racing Drivers School in England.  The Jim Russell school invites 50 young drivers from all over the world to compete for the scholarship, which consists of a fully sponsored ride in the 13 race Formula Vauxhall road race series in England.

JSLT is proud to announce that an agreement has been signed with the Jim Russell Racing Drivers School so that Oil Extreme will be used in all 36 of the schools cars, as well as the Formula Vauxhall car of Robert Huff, and 17 year old racing sensation Joey Foster, also in a Jim Russell school prepared car.  Both cars will be carrying the Oil Extreme Stickers and will be billed as co-sponsors of the cars.
